We request all the customers to read the Terms & Conditions before booking their suites with Lykke Suites. The information available on the Site relates to the Lykke Suites by Goan Felicidade Hospitality Private Limited India, a corporation constituted under the laws of India.

Legitimate reservations:
You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party web sites or making speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

While it is true that we serve guests from all over the globe, we must maintain strict local Indian social rules about unmarried Indian couples staying together. We apologize for this measure but find that it is in keeping with the highest standards of conduct to do so. If this is your intent, please don’t book at our suites by email or any online sites. If you book online, we will cancel your reservation on arrival. Recently we have seen our trust in this matter abused. Thank you for your understanding.

Insurance:
For your own protection, you and all members of your party must have suitable insurance (including insurance to cover the costs of cancellation of your holiday and the costs of assisting you if you or your party has an accident or becomes ill) for the full period of your holiday.

Passport and Identity proof:
You must ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for foreign guests and for Indian Nationals ID proof is required for Check-in.

Cancellation:
Prior to 24 Hours of check-in date, no cancellation charges will be levied.
24 Hours to check-in date, a cancellation charge of 100% of total booking amount will be charged. A one-day retention will be charged if guest informs us through email before 12:00 noon of arrival date about suites cancellation.

In case of no show with no communication about cancellation full booking amount we be charged.
Guaranteed reservation suites will be held for the guest till next day 6:00 am of arrival date, after which it will be treated as no show booking.

In case of a refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
In the case of credit card transactions, a refund will be done only to the same credit card.

Date changes on a confirmed suites may result in supplement cost.

Credit Card Bookings:
The credit card used to make the booking is necessary to be produced at the time of Check-in.
For a guest making a booking for another person using own Credit Card: If the Credit Cardholder is not one of the guests staying at the Lykke Suites, then a copy of the credit card (both front and back), self-attested by the credit card holder should be produced at the time of Check-in.
In addition to the above, it is also required to produce a letter, duly signed by the credit card holder, authorizing the use of the credit card for the booking of the suites.

The letter should mention the names of the guests, date of travel, property and room type.
This letter, along with the self-attested copy of the credit card will have to be submitted at the Check-in desk.
At the time of submitting the credit card copy, please ensure that the CVV number on it is blacked out. (CVV Number is a three-digit number at the reverse side of the credit card, at the end of the signature panel).

In case the above documents are not produced by the guests, Lykke Suites reserves the right to deny the reservation. In such a case no refund (except for the taxes) will be given to the guest.

In the case of erroneous/inadequate/ misleading information given while booking, Lykke Suites reserves the right to cancel the booking without any intimation. Guests are required to carry a valid identity proof and produce the same at check-in.

General:
Standard check-in time for domestic and international Guests is from 1400 hours to 1600 hours and check-out time is 1000 hours to 1200 hours, for arrivals at the suites prior to 0700 hours, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night and is subject to availability.
For late check-out, a request may be made to the check-in desk and is subject to availability.

Complimentary early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability at the discretion of the suites.

Most of our staff and check-in desk speak English, as well as some other languages.

The credit card guarantee will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.

An alternate accommodation of the same category will be arranged in case the mentioned suite is unavailable on the requested date, Lykke Suites reserves the right to substitute a suite of similar class if it is considered necessary or advisable.

Any damage caused by the guest shall be payable by the guests, Lykke Suites will not be liable for the same.

12% Goods & Services Tax applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations (Effective from July 2017.).

All suites are priced on an estimated Rate of Exchange (RoE). The guests will be charged the RoE as per on the date of payment of the suite’s reservation. Any increase in government levies will be extra.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
A child below 6 years is complimentary on suites without an extra bed.
Children between 6-12 years of age would be charged an extra Child rate.
Children above 12 years of age would be considered as adults and an extra adult rate would be applicable.
Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with two children below 12 years would be allowed per suite.

Additional cost:

The guests shall pay the expenses incurred when he/she requests for a personal accompaniment/tour guide service for purposes like guided shopping, extended city tour, etc.

All personal extras such as laundry, room service, alcohol, mini bar, pre-paid or post-paid SIM cards etc. will be on direct payment basis by the guests and Lykke Suites will not be liable for the same at any point of time.

In the event of an early start in the morning, packed breakfast if requested is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Lykke Suites, with applicable surcharges.

Cost arising from guest’s illness and injury, the return of lost baggage, articles/valuables left behind owing to personal negligence as well as changes incurred by independent activity will be borne by the guests.

Guests will be charged extra for any upgrade in accommodation.

Guests will be charged extra for extended suites stay(s).

Guaranteed early check-in or late check out if requested by the guests will be at a supplement cost which the guests need to bare.

Sometimes an unintentional mistake of publishing inaccurate information on the site may occur (e.g., the price, description or availability). As always contact us if you have any problems in your travels or would like to change or rearrange your reservation.

Our parking is limited and reserved for guests visiting our suites. Please use courtesy when parking in the residential area surrounding our suites.

We do not discriminate our guests based on religion, color, caste, creed, nationality, sex, or race. In our constant endeavor for Guest safety and especially the safety of our female guests we take all possible steps to ensure their safety.

We also are a drug free premises and do not allow the usage of any kind of drugs or narcotics in our suites or allow anyone under the influence of alcohol to enter our suites.
